Practice Closure Notice – Friday 22nd May 2026

Dear Patients,

On Friday 22nd May 2026, Lostock Hall Surgery, Eaves Lane Surgery and Croston Medical Centre will be closed until 2:00pm as staff come together to attend the funeral of our much-loved colleague, Dr Muttu.

Between 8:00am and 2:00pm, all services will continue to be provided from:

• Buckshaw Village Surgery
• Adlington Medical Centre

The practice will reopen as normal from 2:00pm.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your kindness, understanding, and support during this difficult time.
