We’re making some changes to how we schedule patient reviews at the practice.
Going forward, patients will be invited for their routine reviews during their birthday month. This will help us create a more consistent and organised system, making it easier to plan your care and ensure reviews are not missed.
As we move to this new system, some patients may be asked to attend an extra review this year. This is a one-off adjustment to align everyone with their birthday month going forward.
We also want to reassure patients that we prefer to carry out reviews face-to-face wherever possible, as this helps you get the most out of your appointment. It allows for more thorough assessments, better conversations, and more personalised care.
We’ve also invested in our team, with ongoing training and updates in condition management, so you can be confident you’re receiving high-quality, up-to-date care from all members of our clinical staff.
