Funeral Arrangements
Dr Muttucumaru’s funeral will be held at Fulwood Free Methodist Church next Friday, May 22 at 11am.
Family flowers only with donations, if desired, to North West Air Ambulance, which can be done via Ascension & Cliff Small Funerals on 01995 605548.
We would like to express once again our sincere thanks for all the messages of sympathy received since Dr Muttucumaru’s passing.
We have received so many heartfelt messages from patients and fellow NHS employees and groups which gave an indication of the deep respect and love in which he was held.
The messages have been a great source of comfort to his family and to all our staff and have reinforced our commitment to maintain the high standards for our patients which Dr Muttucumaru championed.
Temporary Surgery Closure – Thank You
Thank you to all our patients for their patience and understanding when our surgeries and phone lines were closed on Tuesday afternoon for staff training.
This was essential NHS training and we hope it will help us in our aim of offering you our patients the best service possible at all times.
