Giving up Smoking
If you want to give up smoking, there’s plenty of advice and support available via the Smokefree Lancashire campaign.
Find out more by calling 0808 196 2638 or visiting www.smokefreelancashire.org.uk.
If you’re vaping or considering it, it’s less dangerous than smoking and can help you quit, but you should note it also has dangers, especially for young people.
Our owner and clinical director Dr Muttucumaru has provided a comprehensive guide to vaping and its benefits and dangers in the April edition of the Friends of Buckshaw magazine which many of you will receive by free delivery.
Please let us know if you require a copy and we will try to obtain one for you when the magazines become available.
