We would like to say thank you to all who attended the Veterans Breakfast at Buckshaw Village Surgery on Saturday.

We had 55 Veterans attend - some were from the days of conscription right up to those who served in recent conflicts.

It was amazing to listen to some of the stories.

We hope that our Veterans have a better understanding of the pledge we have made to support them in their health and well-being. 

For all of our Veterans  - 'Don't soldier on' - we are here to help. 

A big thank you to the Community lead at Tesco Buckshaw and the Management at Costa Buckshaw who kindly sponsored breakfast and coffee. 

We look forward to our next breakfast in January.
