Empowerment Programme Posted or Updated on 24 Sep 2024

EmpowerMENt is male led and will consist of an 8 week programme consisting of 3 hour weekly sessions starting on Thursday 24th October 2024 at Leyland Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland, PR25 1DH.

This project aims to:

• Increase confidence
• Build skills which enable you to support and encourage others, give positive feedback and problem solve
• Improve self-worth
• Explore aspirations, interests and passions linking them to possible employment and training opportunities
• Reduce anxiety
• Create a self-motivated learning circle which harnesses collective experiences and goals of participants.
