Welcome to the latest of our weekly newsletters. We regard it as a priority that all patients at our Adlington, Buckshaw, Croston, Eaves Lane Chorley and Lostock Hall surgeries are kept fully informed of news relevant to them. We hope these updates continue to prove useful.

 

Surgery Opening over Easter

Our surgeries will close at the usual time of 6pm tonigh, Thursday, April 2 (6.30pm Buckshaw Village Surgery and Adlington Medical Centre) and will be closed tomrrow, Good Friday and also on Saturday, April 4, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

All surgeries will reopen on Tuesday, April 7 at 8.30am (8am Buckshaw & Adlington) with phone lines open at 8am.

Pre-booked appointments with our enhanced service this weekend are unaffected.

 

Easter Pharmacy Opening Times

Please note the following local pharmacy opening times over the Easter weekend.

Opening times today, Thurs Apr 2, Sat Apr 4 and Tue Apr 7 onwards are as normal.

Prescription Ordering Times

Prescription ordering times are affected over the Easter break.

Prescriptions ordered today, Thursday, April 2 will be ready at the pharmacy on Wednesday, April 8 and those ordered from tomorrow, Good Friday, April 3 to next Tuesday, April 7 will be ready on Thursday, April 9.

Normal times from prescriptions ordered on Wednesday, April 8 onwards. 

 

Goodbye and Good Luck Sue

We sadly had to wave goodbye this week to Sue Melling who has retired after many years of wonderful service at The Village Surgery, Lostock Hall.

Sue was well loved by our patients and we wish her a long and happy retirement.
