Which Clinician should I book with? Not all conditions need a GP appointment - please see below conditions that can be seen by Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP), Paramedics and Physician Accociate (PA).
Our Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Paramedics and Physican Associates can help you with a wide variety of symptoms and conditions. These appointments are available to self book online, via phone and at reception. If self booking please see the list below to ensure that your symptoms/condition is suitable for this clinician.

Long term condition appointments with our Practice Nurses
We ask that you attend at least once a year for a Long Term Condition review. With some conditions we may ask you to attend more frequently. This may be to make sure that your condition is stable and that any medications prescribed are working properly.
This is your time to discuss your condition with the nurse. We will work with your needs to help you manage your conditions.
